Who sells it

EZ Books Publishing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"), publishes EZ Bar Book. The paperback is sold by Amazon; your purchase is governed by Amazon's conditions of sale. See orders and returns.

Age

You must be 21 or older to buy. The book describes how alcoholic drinks are made; it does not include alcohol and is not an endorsement of drinking. Please drink responsibly and never serve anyone under the legal age.

Recipes

Each page shows one common build of a drink. Measures, brands and methods vary by bar; follow your employer's specifications when working. We are not responsible for how the information is used.

Intellectual property

EZ BAR BOOK is a trademark of EZ Books Publishing LLC. The text and drawings are copyrighted, and the page layout is protected by a U.S. design patent. Buying a copy gives you the right to use it, not to copy, scan, reproduce, resell copies of, or distribute the pages or their design.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the book or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the book. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
